Connectria Launches New Managed AWS Cloud Solution

[Based on press release published on 10/17/13]

Connectria Hosting has been offering its customers with the industry’s broadest range of supported technologies since 1998. We are excited to announce that we now have a new addition to the lineup- Managed Amazon Web Services (AWS)!

So what does that mean and how can it benefit your organization?

It means that managing your cloud environment is about to get a whole lot easier! Amazon is known for highly scalable, cost effective “pay-as-you-go” cloud solutions with its suite of products including AWS Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), AWS Simple Storage Service (S3) among others. It is a perfect fit for many organizations, but with a self-service model, some companies may need some support as they are getting ramped up; they may need some help getting started or may simply not have the resources to manage the environment. This is where Connectria can step in and help things move along the right path. With 24/7 support included, Connectria provides all managed services you would expect including O/S updates, virus scanning, 24/7 monitoring just to name a few. Using proprietary tools and the latest AWS best practices Connectria engineers will ensure the environment is up and running properly, lifting much of the burden from your organization’s IT staff.

List of supported technologies:

  • AWS Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2)
  • AWS Elastic Load Balancing
  • AWS Route 53 (DNS)
