Connectria’s AWS Re:Invent 2016 Recap

Last week, Connectria was a sponsor at the AWS re: Invent 2016 conference in Las Vegas. We had a great time and introduced Connectria’s fully-managed TRIA for AWS Managed Services.  We were able to connect with many AWS users looking for support for AWS.

AWS operates from 14 geographical regions and has more than 70 services. This was our fourth Re:Invent and it has been fun to see the changes in the needs of the attendees.  Users who were initially interested in trying it out were now all in and ready to deploy applications on AWS. However, many AWS users are now looking to turn to a third-party service provider, such as Connectria, to manage their environment because it can be a daunting infrastructure to monitor and fully manage.  Many SaaS providers look to Connectria to manage their AWS cloud infrastructure due to lack of resources or to focus on their development and revenue generating products, especially if they have any specific compliance requirements such as HIPAA/HITECH or PCI/DSS.

If you stopped by our booth at AWS re:Invent, you learned about TRIA for AWS, Connectria’s comprehensive suite of managed services which solves the three operational challenges that AWS customers face. We handed out poker chips to each booth visitor to engage them in learning more about TRIA. These poker chips had a peel-off sticker that revealed one of four words: NOCTRIA, SOCTRIA, OPTRIA and TRIA. If your poker chip revealed the TRIA logo, then you won a prize.

Connectria’s fully managed TRIA for AWS includes a 24/7 AWS Network Operations Center for performance Monitoring and Support (NOCTRIA), 24/7 AWS Security Operations Center providing Security Monitoring and Compliance (SOCTRIA), and AWS Cost Optimization Services (OPTRIA). Organizations will get the most out of their AWS environment as NOCTRIA ensures that your AWS environment is always up and running at peak performance, SOCTRIA ensures your AWS applications and data are always protected and compliant, and OPTRIA ensures you minimize AWS costs and maximize your budget.

Furthermore, if your organization is a healthcare provider or handles PHI, AWS can be compliant with HIPAA, HITECH and Omnibus standards. As a leading provider of HIPAA Compliant Hosting, Connectria provides HIPAA Compliant AWS support, and TRIA for AWS includes this service as well.

As you may recall from visiting our booth, Connectria is an Amazon Web Services Advanced Consulting Partner and  Certified AWS MSP (Managed Service Partner), which means we are audited by a third-party for our AWS management process. We can help organizations get the most out of their AWS environment.

If you weren’t able to visit us at AWS re:Invent 2016, and/or you want to learn more about Connectria’s TRIA for AWS and HIPAA compliance with AWS , please contact us.  We would be happy to help you get the most out of your AWS environment.
