Utica National Insurance Group Selects Connectria To Provide Lotus Notes/Domino Remote Administration, Monitoring & Support Services

LOUIS, MO (July 16, 2007) - Connectria Corporation today announced that it has entered into a long term agreement with Utica National Insurance Group to provide 24/7 remote administration & monitoring of its Lotus Notes/Domino, Sametime and QuickPlace environment to include customized 8x5 Mon.-Fri. Support Desk services. Connectria’s award winning Lotus remote administration, monitoring and support services will enable Utica’s users to take advantage of the advanced collaboration and messaging functionality of the Lotus products without having to add staff or capabilities to its data center or network operations.

As part of the engagement, Connectria’s Certified Lotus Professionals will transition the Utica environment from its current internal support model, consolidate the number of physical servers used in order to reduce Utica’s costs and complexity, and upgrade Utica’s global servers to the latest Lotus Notes/Domino version. Throughout the term of the contract Connectria will be responsible for the 24/7 Administration of the Lotus software hosted within Utica’s data center. Connectria’s solution will allow Utica to focus on its core business, while Connectria focuses on delivering these sophisticated technologies to Utica in a highly reliable and cost-effective manner.
