Sales Development Representative

What you’ll do:

  • Reach out to awesome folks that work in IT to schedule meetings for our sales team.
  • Build and manage your pipeline from cold calling to meetings set and demo scheduling – guide prospects through the process and work with the sales rep to close the deal.
  • Qualify prospects based on interest and how well they fit into our ideal customer profile.
  • You’ll be working in and You will have aggressive goals and our help achieving them.
  • Develop top performer sales skills with our training and mentorship programs.
  • Earn additional incentives / prizes by working hard and having fun!

What it takes to be successful:

  • Live our values – (No Jerks Allowed Philosophy)
  • 1-3+ years sales experience in a high volume outbound sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • The ability to “talk tech” around managed hosting services.
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience.
  • A desire to develop and grow with an in-depth onboarding program and cutting-edge sales training.
  • Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred.)
