LOUIS, MO (December 15, 2006) - Connectria Corporation has announced that it will provide high availability iSeries managed hosting services using MIMIX® data replication technologies for First Bank. First Bank operates a division called Group Data Services (GDS) that performs transaction processing services for other community banks, as well as for First Bank. Recent growth within both FirstBank and GDS created the need for Group Data Services to upgrade its IT infrastructure to include a sophisticated high-availability architecture. After reviewing many options, FirstBank selected Connectria due to their experience in providing high-availability iSeries environments.
