servers. This solution will serve as TAL's customer interface into its electronic trading and logistics systems. It will
include multiple web servers, TAL's FTP infrastructure, user authentication, proxy services, monitoring of TAL's
branch network, and email management including SPAM and virus blocking.

Network Operations Center (NOC) in conjunction with its sophisticated
