ST. LOUIS, MO (September 1, 2002) - Connectria Corporation today announced it has won a contract with Charter Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: CHTR) to provide
IT Infrastructure hosting of Charter's sophisticated web infrastructure. This includes approximately
twenty (20) servers running Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft SQL Server, Cisco network infrastructure, Checkpoint firewalls, and
SupportSoft application hosting used to deliver support of Charter's large client base. Charter will leverage Connectria's advanced Internet and data center infrastructure, as well as its expertise in IT infrastructure technologies from Microsoft, Cisco, Checkpoint and SupportSoft.
