Large International Specialty Retailer Selects Connectria to Provide Managed Hosting of IBM Websphere Application Server Commerce Suite on iSeries

ST. LOUIS, MO (July 1, 2008) - Connectria Corporation today announced that it has entered into a long term agreement with a large International Specialty Retailer to provide IBM WebSphere managed hosting services together with IBM iSeries managed hosting services. This environment is currently being hosted by another hosting provider. Connectria's systems engineers will work with this Retailer and their third party software development organization to transparently transition this environment from its current hosting provider to Connectria.

This agreement marks the second engagement within the past 18 months where this Retailer has selected Connectria to provide managed hosting of a mission critical environment. For this agreement, Connectria's WebSphere managed hosting services will be deployed on an IBM iSeries Model 570 server running numerous Logical Partitions, or LPARs. This Retailer will leverage Connectria's proven iSeries and WebSphere managed hosting solutions to realize substantially higher service levels while reducing its monthly operating costs.

Throughout the term of the contract Connectria will be responsible for the 24/7 Monitoring, Management and Administration of the iSeries Hardware, Operating System, and Network infrastructure hosted within its North American enterprise class data center in St. Louis. Connectria's WebSphere on iSeries hosting solution will allow this Retailer to focus on its core business, while Connectria supports its day to day operations.
