This solution includes the hosting of David's Bridal, David's Prom and Priscilla of Boston high traffic websites. This complex business-critical solution uses Foundry Server Iron load-balancing technology with Microsoft Windows servers running IBM WebSphere application servers, IBM DB2 databases, and web content imaging software from Scene7. The servers will utilize high-availability clustering technology from IBM and Microsoft, and the environment will be replicated using proprietary replication technology from Connectria to a secondary Connectria data center in order to provide rapid recovery in the event of a failure to any of the core components. David's Bridal will leverage Connectria's redundant Internet and data center infrastructure, as well as its expertise in IT infrastructure technologies from IBM, Microsoft and Scene7.
