multi-year contract to provide a sophisticated hosting environment for The Swan Corporation (Swan) consisting of
Microsoft
Windows servers running Microsoft .Net applications, Microsoft IIS, and Microsoft SQL Server databases. These systems will
be used by Swan to provide comprehensive communications capabilities to its employees, suppliers and customers. Swan will
