Connectria's IT Disaster Recovery Services Help Florida-based Insurance Company Avert Disaster From Hurricane Frances
ST. LOUIS, MO (September 1, 2004) - Connectria Corporation today announced that it has helped Repath McAuley Woods LLC (RWM), a Connectria Disaster Recovery customer, avert a crisis by activating a redundant IT environment consisting of multiple Windows 2000 servers running RMW's applications and data prior to Hurricane Frances hitting Florida. RMW is based in West Palm Beach Florida and was directly in the path of Hurricane Frances. As part of Connectria's
disaster recovery services for RMW, Connectria also provided alternate work space for
RMW's staff to allow them to continue to operate their business after the storm had hit. RMW was able to leverage
Connectria's advanced data center infrastructure, as well as its expertise in designing and implementing cost-effective
IT disaster recovery environments.
