Tredegar Selects Connectria To Provide Lotus Notes/Domino Remote Administration, Monitoring & Support Services
ST. LOUIS, MO (August 22, 2007) - Connectria Corporation today announced that it has entered into a long-term agreement with Tredegar to provide 24/7 Remote Administration, Monitoring & Support of Tredegar's global Lotus Notes/Domino environment.
Connectria's Lotus Professionals will utilize our proven methodology to seamlessly transition support for Tredegar's environment to Connectria's 24/7 Network Operations Center, consolidate the number of servers utilized by Tredegar in order to lower Tredegar's ongoing costs, and upgrade its environment to the latest version, r.7. Connectria will be responsible for 24/7 Remote Administration & Monitoring of the Domino infrastructure running within Tredegar's data centers, along with business-hours Support Desk services for Tredegar's IT staff. Connectria's solution will allow Tredegar to focus on its core business, while enabling Tredegar's users to take full advantage of the advanced functionality of the Lotus tool set.
