multi-year contract by the College of St. Catherine to provide 24/7 Lotus management and monitoring of the college's Notes
& Domino email and application servers. One week ago, the college lost their only Lotus Notes / Domino administrator on
very short notice. This left the college with no one to administer an environment that had become mission critical to the
college's faculty, staff and students.
