contract by Compass Bank to provide 24/7 monitoring and management of Compass Bank's Lotus Domino environment running on
Microsoft Windows servers. As part of this engagement, Connectria will implement its MyAdmin Lotus remote administration tools to provide 24/7 monitoring and remote administration of Compass Bank's Lotus environment from Connectria's world-class
Network Operations Center (NOC). Connectria will also manage the Firewalls at both Compass Bank's and Connectria's data centers. As a result of this service, Compass Bank will be able to launch its latest Investor application and take full advantage of its capabilities without hiring additional support staff to maintain its Domino environment.
